1. Water cooling strand cutting system

The main part usually include: extruder mouth template, water cooling tank, air-knife, vibrator and subsequent stock packaging system and so on.

2. Water-ring cutting system

Water-ring cutting system can be used to the processing and application of partial high-polymer material, including the Modified granulation process HDPE,LDPE,PP, PS, TPU, EVA and so on. The main part usually include: extruder mouth template, water-cooling tank, soft water system, dehydrator, vibrator and subsequent storage packaging system. The product shape is tactful.   

3. Air-cooling cutting system

Air-cooling cutting system can be used to the processing and application of partial high-polymer material, including PVC, LLDPE, master batch, high filling CaCO3 master batch, degradable master batch, LSOH cable wire, high density carbon black master batch, XLPE and so on. Air-cooling cutting system can avoid material contact cold water directly. The main part usually include: extruder mouth template, pelletizer, cyclone separator and air-supply system、vibrator and subsequent storage system.

4. Under water cutting system

Under water cutting system can be used to the processing and application of the vast majority high-polymer material, especially the special material the other cutting system is not available. such as: TPU, TPV and so on. Under water cutting system is comparative complicated and the cost of operational maintenance is comparative high. The main part usually include :extruder mouth template, pelletizer, soft water system, dehydrator, subsequent storage system and so on.
